BE S40 is sulfurized Olefin. it has low odor, light color, low hydrogen sulfide release, and has good synergistic effect with ester, antiwear agent and other additives. Good compatibility with various base oils.
Product Features
BE S40 is an EP additive with light color, low odor, high sulfur and high active sulfur content, suitable for heavy-duty processing occasions requiring rapid release of sulfur;
BE S40 shows excellent reactivity at lower temperature, and the active sulfur content gradually increases with the increase of temperature;
BE S40 has a good synergistic effect with many additives such as polymer ester and anti-wear agent, especially when it is combined with super high TBN Petroleum Calcium Sulfonate;
BE S40 has low viscosity and good compatibility with various base oils.
Recommended Dosage
Metalworking oil: 1-20%
Metalworking fluid: 1-5%
