BE SPAN80 is nonionic emulsifier, insoluble in water, soluble in hot oil and organic solvents, is a high-grade lipophilic emulsifier. 

Sorbitan oleate (also known as Sorbitan monooleate or Span 80) is a plant-derived emulsifier and surfactant used in cosmetics, foods, and pharmaceuticals to help oil and water mix, stabilize emulsions (like creams/lotions), and improve texture.

Application:

It is used in W/O type latex explosives, cotton silk and viscose cord oil agents, which have a good smoothing effect on fibers. 

It is used for the emulsification of machinery, coatings, chemicals, and explosives. as an emulsifier in oil drilling weighted mud; 

as emulsifiers in food and cosmetics production; dispersant in the paint and coatings industry; Titanium dioxide is used as a stabilizer in production; pesticide production as pesticides, wetting agents and emulsifiers; as co-solvent in petroleum products; It can also be used as a rust inhibitor for rust oil. Lubricants and softeners for textiles and leather. As a film anti-fog dropper, it has good initial and low-temperature anti-fog droplets.

Recommended Dosage:

The dosage is 1-1.5% in PVC and 0.5-0.7% in polyolefins.
