Dicarboxylic acid is a plant derived carbon chain length of 21 synthetic dibasic acid, is a set of lubrication, emulsification, corrosion inhibition, coupling and hard water resistance in one of the multi-functional additives, to improve the life of the metalworking fluid, easy to adjust the formula. BE C21 significantly improves resistance to hard water and enhances cleaning capacity. Neutralization with amines provides additional rust protection and emulsification capabilities. In the total synthesis system, the polyether can be dissolved and the cloud point of the solution can be increased.

Recommended Dosage:

If the formula contains 5% coupling agent, it can be completely replaced by 2% BE C21. At the same time, BE C21 can replace boric acid compounds at a ratio of 1:3, Such as 3% boric acid compounds in the formula can be replaced by 1% BE C21.
